Apple Cake-Fresh

3 Eggs, beaten                                                                                         
2 1/2 cups apples chopped fine (baking apples)                           
1 1/4 cup oil                                                                                 
1 cup white sugar                                                                         
1 cup brown sugar                                                                        
1 cup pecans, chopped                                                                               
Mix together beaten eggs, oil and sugars mix well, add and mix chopped apples and pecans; set bowl aside                               

Next mix the following ingredients together in another bowl and mix well

3 cups flour                                                                                   
1 teaspoon salt                                                                              
1 1/2 teaspoonsbaking soda                                                          
1 teaspoon each of Cinnamon & Cloves

Add this to the apple mixture and mix well again, then pour into a Bundt cake pan that has been sprayed. 

Bake at 325F degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove to cake server and cool completely before slicing cake.
