Cucumbers in Cream
5 medium cucumbers peeled, sliced and washed. Pat dry.
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Mix whipping cream, white vinegar, salt & pepper until blended. Pour mixture over sliced cucumbers and chill for 2 hours.

Cucumbers in Vinegar
Peel a medium size cucumber then slice in thick or thin slices (Wash cucumber before and after)
ADD: Dash of salt
Black Pepper to taste
4 Tablespoon white vinegar
Then cover cucumbers with enough water to float cucumbers. They maybe eaten right away or place in refrigerator overnight.
Option: Peel & Slice with onion. Break up the onion into rings and add to cucumbers. Enjoy!
