Ham & Cheese Quiche
1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie crust shell
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese, divided 1/2
1 cup cooked ham, finely chopped
2 green onions, sliced
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
3 eggs
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese, ham and green onions into pie crust.
Whisk together can milk, eggs, flour, salt & pepper in a large mixing bowl. Pour mixture into pie shell; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 45 - 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes before serving.
