Poke It Cake
1 white cake mix
1 3 oz pkg any flavor gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 tub frozen whipped cream, thawed
Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Bake in a greased & floured cake pan 13X9" at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool cake in pan 15 minutes. After cake has cooled, poke cake with a fork all over the top about 1/2 inch apart.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. ADD cold water and pour over cake in the pan. Chill 3 to 4 hours.
Spread thawed whipped cream over top of cake. Keep in refrigerator.

Spice Cake
1 box spice cake mix
1 box Banana or Vanilla Instant Pudding
1/2 cup Crisco Oil
1 Cup water
4 eggs
Blend all ingredients in a large bowl, beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake in a greased & floured 10 inch tube pan at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes until center springs back when touched lightly. Cool right side up for 25-30 minutes, then remove from pan.
GLAZE: Blend 1 cup confectioners sugar with 2 Tablespoons milk. Drizzle over cake
