Chess Cake
1 box yellow butter cake mix
2 eggs
1 stick melted margarine or oleo
Mix with spoon. This will be thick. Spread evenly in a 13x9x2 greased & floured cake pan.
Icing
8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 stick margarine or oleo, softened
2 eggs
1 box powdered sugar (not the plastic bag size)
Put all ingredients into a medium mixing bowl and beat until smooth on high with a mixer. Pour over cake and spread evenly. Cook at 325F degrees for 45-60 minutes.
Cool completely before cutting. Keep refrigerated.
