Cherry Whip Pie
(Grandma Judkins from V. Wheeler)
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
(not can milk)
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 can cherry pie filling
1 small carton cool whip, thawed slightly
1 graham cracker pie crust
Mix condensed milk and lemon juice together. ADD pecans and cherry pie filling; fold in thawed cool whip until well blended.
Pour into graham cracker pie crust and chill for 2 hours.
Refrigerate any left-overs.
NOTE: Also try Strawberry pie filling or Pineapple pie filling.
