Orange Mandarin Salad
1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
1 small can pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup coconut
1 small carton sour cream
1 cup pecans, chopped
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill well before serving.

Orange Gelatin Salad
Dissolve:
1 small box orange gelatin into 2 cups boiling water
ADD: 1/4 lb. marshmallows while hot
ADD: 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained, save juice and 3 firm bananas, sliced; Pour into a square dish and set aside.
TOPPING:
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tablespoon margarine or butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons flour
Mandarin orange Juice and water to make 1 cup
Mix all together and cook until boil stage. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
ADD 1 small carton of frozen whipped topping, thawed, to cooled mixture. Spread over Jello mixture and put in refrigerator until mixture has set.
