Chicken Fruit Salad

2 cans diced chicken, drained 
2 apples, diced - washed and dried
1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
3 Tablespoons miracle whip
3/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 cup chopped almonds, pecans or walnuts

Toss ingredients together. Spoon portions onto salad greens.          Makes about 6 servings.

Chicken Salad 

1 1/2 cups cooked can chicken
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup seedless grapes
2 Tablespoons celery, chopped 
1/3 cup miracle whip
2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon curry powder 
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon grated onion  (use fresh onion chopped fine)
Lettuce leaves                                                                     

Combine chicken, pecans, grapes and celery in small bowl. Spoon onto lettuce leaves.  Stir together miracle whip, vinegar, soy sauce, curry, ginger, and onion in a small bowl. Pour dressing over salad.            Makes about 3 servings.
