Taco Salad
1/2 pound hamburger, cooked/drained
1 can pinto beans w/jalapeno peppers, drained
Lettuce, shredded (need enough for family)
1 - 2 tomato, diced
1/2 onion, diced
Shredded Cheddar cheese, suit taste
1 avocado, diced
Picante Salsa
Corn chips
Cook hamburger until done, drain any excess oil ADD drained pinto beans (remove jalapeno's or leave a few for taste), heat with meat for 3 to 4 minutes.
In large bowl shred lettuce (to family size), ADD tomato, onion, shredded cheese and avocado. When ready to serve, add meat and bean mixture to salad and toss gently.
In each personal serving bowl add 1 cup corn chips. ADD tossed salad then your favorite salad dressing, ADD a touch of salsa. Enjoy!
