Granny Ann's Salad Section
Lemon Fruit Delight
1 can apricots
1 can sliced peaches, save juice
1 can pineapple, chunks, save juice
2 pkgs instant lemon pudding mix
2 - 3 bananas, sliced
8 - 10 maraschino cherries, cut in halves
Drain canned fruit, reserving all juice to make 1 cup. Using a medium size serving bowl, cut up the apricots and peaches. ADD the pineapple and bananas. Set aside.
In another mixing bowl combine the pudding mix and the cup of juice, stir until thick. ADD the fruits and mix well.
Chill completely before serving.
