Judy's Skillet Supper
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 onion, chopped
1 can Ranch style beans
1 can Spanish Rice
2 Tbls. catsup
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Salt/pepper to taste
Brown meat, drain. ADD onion, simmer till onion is clear. ADD beans, rice, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Simmer till hot. Serve with salad, cornbread or mashed potatoes.
This recipe came from one of my husband's sisters kitchen. She is a wonderful cook!! I have posted several of her recipes.
