Pork Chop Casserole
5 pork chops (enough for your family)
2 cups rice, cooked
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cumin
1 can tomato sauce
Brown 5 pork chops in skillet. In a large casserole dish add 2 cups cooked rice, season with 1/2 teaspoon each of salt, pepper and Cumin.
Arrange browned and salted pork chops on rice. Pour 1 can tomato sauce over chops.
Bake 350 degrees 45-60 minutes.
Add favorite vegetables or salad.
