Potato Casserole II


1  2lb. pkg frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed     1/2 cup onion, chopped
10 ounces Velveeta cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 pint sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
***************************************************************
2 cups crushed cornflakes
1/4 cup butter, melted

Mix first 8 ingredients together and pour into a 3 quart casserole dish.

Top with 2 cups crushed cornflakes mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter.

Bake at 350F degrees for 45-60 minutes.
