Cornmeal Pie

3 large eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons flour
1 Tablespoon cornmeal, yellow or white fine ground
1 teaspoon vanilla
Beat eggs in a mixing bowl with mixer until well blended. ADD to egg mixture the remaining ingredients.
Pour into a glass pie plate. Sprinkle top of pie, lightly, with nutmeg or cinnamon.
Bake at 350 degrees F until the middle of the pie is set. Test with a knife, if it comes out clean, pie is done.
NOTE: This is great for those that can't have pie crust pies.
