Peach Pie
(From D. Williams 1978)
1 can peach halves
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
2 Tablespoon flour
1 stick margarine or oleo, melted
1 pie shell, unbaked
Beat eggs until stiff. ADD sugar, flour and melted margarine or oleo. Mix well and pour into unbaked pie shell. ADD peach halves with cut side up. Sprinkle each peach with cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. (Too much of the spices will take away from the flavor)
Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes.

Peach Pie
1/4 cup sugar
3 cups sliced peaches, fresh
1 8oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
3/4 cup whipping cream, whipped
1 graham cracker pie crust, 9-inch
Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar over peaches, let stand 10 minutes, drain.
Beat cream cheese at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth. ADD powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and peaches. Spread into graham cracker pie crust and chill until firm.
