Guacamole Dip
2 Large avocados or 3 medium avocados
1 Tablespoon onion, finely chopped
1 Tablespoon salsa (or to taste)
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce (or to taste)
1/8 Garlic Salt or powder (to taste)
1/4 Salt (to taste)
1/4 Black Pepper (to taste)
1 teaspoon to 1 Tablespoon sour cream
Cut and remove seed from avocados. Spoon out or peel skin from avocados. In a glass bowl cut avocados into chunks. Using a table fork, smash avocados to until all chunks are mushy.
Add finely chopped onion (red or yellow), sour cream, salsa, Tabasco sauce, garlic salt, salt and black pepper.
Mix together and taste. If needed add more garlic salt, salt or black pepper.
To keep fresh until ready to serve cover top of dip with saran wrap and place a lid on top of that. Put in frig.
